Jeffrey L. Wilson, Founder/Editor-in-Chief
2D-X Editor-in-Chief Jeffrey L. Wilson’s love of all things shiny/digital has led to jobs penning gadget- and video game-related nerd-copy for 1UP, E-Gear, Game Theory with Scott Steinberg, Laptop, LifeStyler, Parenting, PC Magazine, Sync, Wise Bread, and WWE. You can find him on the Black Enterprise Tech Advisory Board, at a bar sampling foreign beers in trashy ’80s bars, or on Twitter doing twittery things.
Jeff’s been gaming since Pong hit the scene, and as such has way too many games and not enough time. He’s a recent PC gaming convert as he’s believes that it’s the closet thing to his dream machine: the universal console. His favorite genres are fighters, shmups, run-and-gun 2D shooters, and beat ‘em ups.
Becoming a gamer only two years after escaping the womb, Tatjana isn’t your average girl gamer. Like most children of the 90s she loved her Mario, but also owned her cousins in Super Street Fighter II: Turbo and repeatedly played Final Fantasy IX, X, and XI in her tween and late teenage years. Nowadays you can usually find her playing one of eight Shepards in Mass Effect, or driving her favorite cars around the Nurburgring in Forza 4.
Tatjana has also been a professional photographer for quite some time, really getting herself in the field at the age of sixteen. She primarily specializes in urban decay photography, but her extreme obsession with cars has also lead to a growth in her automobile portfolio. You can often find her with a bottle of wine watching re-runs of Top Gear. She also has a deep love for Tekken and tequila.
Besides updating his personal pop culture blog, Grump Factory, Timothy doodles comics, tickles ivories, and even reads books without pictures on occasion. He also teaches kids, and acts in his spare time. In his spare, spare time, he plays anything and everything with pixels and polygons, and writes about it.
Features Editor Eric Guzman will play any game at least once. Any game. That even means Detective Barbie, although he prefers to flex his video game muscles with fighting games such as Street Fighter IV and Marvel vs. Capcom 3. When he isn’t in the digital dojo, he loves watching films or reading comics.
Gabriel Zamora is a freelance writer, ghost writer, and hardcore video gamer. He has contributed written works for 2D-X, Examiner, and MultiplayerGames among other sites.
Isaac Rouse, Community Manager
Isaac lives in New York City, usually concealed in a room full of comics, an Xbox 360, and his iPhone. He only pokes his head out from under his rock to shop for games and comics, possibly to go out and party. At these parties however, he usually discusses games and comics. He also likes booze and tacos.
