E3 2010: Sonic the Hedgehog Episode 1

SEGA uncorked a rich blend of Sonic the Hedgehog games at E3 2010 (such as Sonic Colors Wii), but the one that generated the most buzz in the 2D-X camp was Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 1. This throwback Sonic game, which was teased for quite a long time, was everything this Sonic fan could demand: blazing speed, fast action, and bright colorful graphics.

    Personally, I hate the new Robotnik (or Eggman, whatever) design. I really prefer the original, rounder, goofier, verson.

    the hand drawn 2D Sonic Games on Gameboy Advance are probably the last great real 2D games we will every play…

    But this game doesn’t look bad and certainly better than something like a first person shooter or Madden game…
