Flickr user Mendicon received a NES controller-themed netbook cover as a gift from his girlfriend. And it is awfully cute.

Hopefully this will catch on and girlfriends across the globe with make controller-shaped covers for cell phones, Blackberries, eyeglasses and ( gasp!), go completely meta and make a Nintendo DS-shaped cover for Nintendo DS? Or go ironic and put the DS cover on a PSP?

Any idea what a Nintendo 64 controller-shaped cover could possibly, uh, cover?
