photos Hyperkin RetroN Hyperkin RetroN 3Gamers with a lust for old school pixels and bleeps and bloops will dig Hyperkin’s latest offering, the $70 RetroN 3 video game system. The console sports a cool, three cartridge slot desgn that allows it to accept NES, SNES, and Genesis games.

The RetroN 3 comes bundled with two wireless controllers, but it also has two controller slots for each platform. Hyperkin’s RetroN 3 launches during E3, so expect some hands-on time with the system on the showfloor.

    This is most likely as system on a chip, which means that it wont be fully compatible with all the games of each console. It is intriguing, tho.

    hey ummm … my wireless controllers aren’t working and the clerk at the store i got it from says there is a button you hold down to sync it … i have tried every button available even mixes of buttons and nothing works. can someone please tell me which button it is that i hold down and for how long? this is the one thing that is really epically frustrating me right now. my bf gets it on chance like once in a blue moon but he never knows what buttons he had hit to get it to work. someone PLEASE PLEASE help me …
