The Tetris Effect is a well-documented event that causes hardcore fans of the puzzle game to visualize shapes falling in the real world–but it’s a hallucination. Have you imagined, however, how the world would look if Tetris blocks, or other elements from popular video games, actually existed?

Patrick Jean at OneMoreProd took the idea and ran with it bigtime. His clip, Pixels, shows the result of a video game invasion into a major metropolitan area. In short, it’s awesome, and makes you realize just how destructive a game of Tetris can be in the really real world.
