Don’t think that this iPad port of NBA Jam’s 2010 rebirth is a lesser game. iPad-friendly controls and an updated roster makes this the definitive NBA Jam, despite missing a few console modes. It’s more than worthy of our 2D-X Excellence Award.

EA Mobile launched Battleship for the iPhone/iPod Touch today. For the geeks in all of us that loved the board game experience with our friends, you’ll be able to download this from the App Store. Players will be able to battle it out with friends via WiFi or Bluetooth. This should make for some discrete and awesome fun in the workplace if you and your co-workers have the devices.
