Marvel’s 16-bit Captain America: The First Avenger tie-in is a solid, if unremarkable, Web-based platformer.
Father’s Day is upon us once again, but instead of taking a trip to the mall to buy dear ol’ dad a heinous tie or coffee mug, consider opening your laptop and showing Pops our list of memorable video game fathers.
Like many fans, when I saw the first screens for Mega Man Universe my heart sunk. “Bland” was probably the kindest word I could say about them, and I wasn’t too thrilled about the Little Big Planet meets Mega Man style of game they were proposing either. Another game that depends entirely on mediocre user maps? Ohhh boy. Rev up those pre-orders. I figured I could just let Universe pass by while I wait for the big enchilada, Mega Man Legends 3. Now, here’s the big “but”: I liked what I played of it!
Do the clothes make the video game hero? Well, we sure think so and that’s why we’ve put together a collection of our favorite suits in the industry.
Super Mario Bros. Crossover is a free flash game that is the quintessential wet dream of all old-school Nintendo fans.
“Everything old is new again” is how the mantra goes, but rarely has it been made manifest to the degree that explodingRabbit has taken it. explodingRabbit, my new personal hero, has taken Super Mario Bros., and added dashes of Castlevania, Contra, Mega Man, and Metroid to create what may very well be the greatest flash [...]

There the company allowed me to get down [...]

Yep, a homebrewed NES game on a real cart, which will be available at website RetroZone. Starring a green-suited floaty kid name Timmy, Battle Kid resembles the [...]
Sheep Man is apparently quickly becoming the Mega Man fan boy’s favorite as numerous amounts of fan art of him have surfaced on the interwebs this past weekend. Though not much information has been released on him, his powers or how his character will really play out in the game, he’s seemingly the fluffy type of bad ass that you won’t want to mess with. Perhaps he may ram you to death or choke you because wool is itchy. Then again, he also looks a bit like a robotic version of Majin Buu from the Dragon Ball Z series. Either way, here’s more fluffy fan art after the jump.
