Uncovering and dissecting the greatest 2D sports videogame athletes has been an imense joy, as it’s given me a chance to revisit gems that I hadn’t touched in quite a long while. Baseball Stars, Fire Pro D, Tecmo Super Bowl and a myriad other AAA sports titles have been in my thoughts for the past few weeks, but if I were asked to name the best of the best I would be left utterly dumbfounded. So, naturally, I seek the wisdom of the masses. What do you consider to be the Don Dada of 2D sports gaming?

    TSB is questionably one of the BEST sports games ever, but I personally give the hat tip to Baseball Stars as I’ve always been more of a baseball fan than pigskin fan.

    Still, there isnt anything sweeter than Montana to Rice…over…and over…and over again.
